1.應(yīng)用范圍:

 華巨電子過(guò)流保護(hù)型PTC熱敏電阻主要用于[變壓器(適配器)/初級(jí)線圈/充電器/數(shù)字萬(wàn)用表/智能電度表/微電機(jī)/晶體管]等的過(guò)流過(guò)熱保護(hù),直接串聯(lián)在負(fù)載電路中,在線路出現(xiàn)異常狀況時(shí),能夠自動(dòng)限制過(guò)電流或阻斷電流,當(dāng)故障排除后又恢復(fù)原態(tài),俗稱“萬(wàn)次保險(xiǎn)絲”。

3.應(yīng)用原理:
   將過(guò)流保護(hù)型型PTC熱敏電阻串聯(lián)在電源回路中,當(dāng)電路處于正常狀態(tài)時(shí),流過(guò)PTC的電流小于額定電流,PTC處于常態(tài),阻值很小,不會(huì)影響電子鎮(zhèn)流器(節(jié)能燈、變壓器、萬(wàn)用表)等被保護(hù)電路的正常工作。當(dāng)電路電流大大超過(guò)額定電流時(shí),PTC陡然發(fā)熱,阻值驟增至高阻態(tài),從而限制或阻斷電流,保護(hù)電路不受損壞。電流電流回復(fù)正常后,PTC亦自動(dòng)回復(fù)至低阻態(tài),電路恢復(fù)正常工作。

使用PTC作為過(guò)流保護(hù)元件,一般應(yīng)選取最大不動(dòng)作電流、最大工作電壓合適的規(guī)格,同時(shí)也應(yīng)考慮元件的外形尺寸、額定零功率電阻、使用溫度范圍等因素。通常取電路正常工作時(shí)的最大工作電流的1.2~1.5倍為PTC最大不動(dòng)作電流;線路在正常或不正常狀態(tài)下可能施加到PTC上的電壓應(yīng)不大于其最大工作電壓。

自動(dòng)抄表技術(shù)在電表應(yīng)用中越來(lái)越流行,該技術(shù)為電表提供通信端口遠(yuǎn)程讀取數(shù)據(jù),RS-485是一種簡(jiǎn)單、廉價(jià)而且可靠的通信規(guī)范,而PTC熱敏電阻能為RS-485電表線路可提供過(guò)壓,過(guò)流保護(hù),譬如RS-485總線與電力線(例如,220/380V)短路時(shí). WMZ12A-85A50RMU,WMZ12A-85BHV68RMU是設(shè)計(jì)專門對(duì)RS-485電表線路進(jìn)行過(guò)流,過(guò)載保護(hù)的一種PTC.當(dāng)線路處于正常狀態(tài)時(shí), PTC處于常態(tài),阻值很小,不會(huì)影響被保護(hù)電路的正常工作.當(dāng)電路出現(xiàn)故障,電流增大, PTC呈現(xiàn)高阻態(tài),使電路處于相對(duì)”斷開”狀態(tài),從而保護(hù)RS-485接口不受損壞,當(dāng)故障排除后, PTC亦自動(dòng)回復(fù)到低阻態(tài).
